How do I change the battery in my 99 chrysler concorde?

The manual says to remove the battery access panel from the inner fender shield- I dont know what (or where) either of these are and there's no diagram! Please help, need to get on the road for xmas!How do I change the battery in my 99 chrysler concorde?
It's on the left side. You need raise the vehicle and remove the wheel to access it. It's ridiculous but that's Chrysler for you.
