Where and how to change battery 2002 325i bmw?

Guido is correct, as far as he goes. The trick is to know when to change the battery. If it will not hold a charge, it needs to be replaced. If the car has been sitting idle for a day or two, notice the dome light when you get in. If it is shining brightly, there is some energy in the battery, otherwise it needs replacing. Now try to start the car. If the starter motor does not turn briskly, and the dome light dims substantially, it's time for a new battery. Start the car (with jumpers if necessary), and take a couple of adjustable wrenches with you to an auto parts store. Buy a new battery, remove the old one (it will take some wrestling to get the connectors off of the old battery terminals), and install the new one -- being careful of polarity. Tighten things down, and you're good to go.Where and how to change battery 2002 325i bmw?
go to BMW service and have them do it.

or do it yourself buying a new battery with same capacity

It's really not rocket science..
