How to change the battery on the Samson R10S microphone?

I bought the Samson R10S dynamic microphone, and plugged it into my computer and recorded, and the sound was pretty good, but I don't know if the microphone is actually working, or if it's the computer mic. When I unscrew the mic there is no where to put the battery. Anyone know if the mic is working, or if i should be connecting it to some kind of power source?

dynamic system mic uses no battery. if you dis-assembled it, then there is a chance that it might not be working now, they are sensitive.
