How can I change the battery on my Palm Tungsten E?

I would like to change my battery myself on my Palm Tungsten E. The company wants to charge $150 to do it. Does anyone know how to do it? And what kind of battery it takes?How can I change the battery on my Palm Tungsten E?

Try reviving the battery first by performing an ';Incradle Reset';, instructions can be found here:

This may sync the charging circuit with the condition of your existing battery and allow a full charge. Try this before replacing as this has helped many Palm users with rechargeables here in the Answers section.
